Rebranding Announcement

Paynote is Becoming Seamless ACH

A name that better reflects what our platform does — and aligns it with the broader SeamlessChex family. Your account, your data, and your integrations stay exactly the same.

Please note: starting June 23, 2026, all resources — including documentation, plugins, API references, and portal links — will be updated and reflect the latest information.

Overview

Paynote is rebranding to Seamless ACH — a name that better reflects what our platform does and aligns it with the broader SeamlessChex product family.

This is a branding change only. The core platform, your account, your data, your API keys, and your existing integrations are not affected.

One action is required from merchants who use API integrations: the new API URL is https://api.seamlesschex.com/ach/v2, available starting June 23, 2026. The current URL will continue to work until August 23, 2026 — update your integrations before the deadline.

⚠️ Action Required — New API URL

The most important change that requires action from you is the introduction of a new API URL.

If you use any of the following, you will need to update the API URL:
  • Custom integrations — any code that makes direct calls to the Paynote API
  • WordPress plugin — an updated version will be released automatically; updating the plugin will apply the new URL
  • CheckoutJS — update your integration per the documentation. Learn more →
  • CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, etc.) — update the endpoint URL in your integration settings
  • Any other direct API usage

The new API URL https://api.seamlesschex.com/ach/v2 is available starting June 23, 2026. The current URL https://api-paynote.seamlesschex.com/v2 will continue to work until August 23, 2026. Update your integrations before that date.
